Godaddy添加独立IP操作方法。

在godaddy购买了独立IP后，并不会自动生效，需要手动操作一下才行。开始不清楚白等了两天，发邮件联系客服后才知道。
To Add a Dedicated IP to Your Shared Hosting Account:
- From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
- Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Actions.
- Go to the Edit Account Details tab.
- From the Server IP menu, click Shared Apply Dedicated IP Credit.
- Confirm your action.
